* 2 x HL's and 2 x HH's now on the dly t/f with a 3rd HH in the making @ 3438 YH/CWH or higher.
* Pretty muted London session so far, and bearish overall.
* 1hr and 4hr in general uprtrends, intraday pretty neutral - presently very slightly bearish, so far today.
* Price @ the CDL challenging prev 1hr sw hi zone, and the wide 4hr and dly parts of prev 1hr/4hr/minor dly sw hi zone = pot rbs, that starts @ 3386 LWH.
* Uk data earlier was generally weak.

...does that weak Uk data earlier virtually guarantee a 25bps cut by the Boe/Mpc later this mth? Mpc not officially targeted on growth/employment, only inflation, but will very likely take it into account as January Sales coming up might help to ease any residual inflationary pressures remaining.

Today so far, it's a battle of a downside reaction to that data -versus- 'buy the dip' re the present 1hr+ uptrends.

...price @ the CDL drops deeper into the wide 4hr, & dly parts of the prev 1hr/4hr/minor dly sw hi zone = prev rbs x 2 = pot rbs that starts @ 3386 LWH. These 'buy the dip' bulls re 1hr+ uptrends, seem 'up against it' at the moment at least. They probably want to avoid a drop below 3354 YL, and probably more important, realise a close above said 3386 LWH?

Just curios why you believe large institutions would start propping up this (Head and shoulders) instead of going to the bottom of the range {1.3300) to reverse course? Many of the Longs in that consolidation are seeing profits erode off the high. EUR/USD pretty much the same with less 'time spent in the middle of the range. Not criticizing... just wondering why?

No problem.

1.The number of bullish closed candles inside the zone suggests a strong zone.
EDIT: Meant to say, SMA200 on the M30 chart comes in @ 1.33465.

It may well drop lower, but the H4 trend line then has to be taken out.
