Hi. I deleted my original reply to your post made yesterday, in favor of this one. I don't have that area/zone you indicate, although I looked at it. The reasons are below;

It started as a prev sw hi zone = pot rbs @ Pt. X. It held as RBS @ Pt.'s 1,2,3, and 4, and it held as SBR @ @ Pt.'s 5,6, and possibly 7. But in between these, it failed as RBS on the Y-A, Z-C, Q-E, F-G, and I-J swings, and failed also as SBR on the A-B, C-D, E-F, and H-I swings. So basically, the area/zone has been disrespected too much by price busting thru it to take too much notice of, but probably not no notice at all.

Re pot res @ Pt. 7, I had Wkly R2, and a prev 1hr/4hr sw hi zone = prev res x 1 now = pot res from 22nd October, as well as price being @ 108% of it's 13wk wer there. Also it occurred to me that it might have been a stop hunt above Pt. 6?

My view is that GBPUSD Bulls are not yet done and I think that another rally may occur after the retracement which is in play at the moment. The 1.3275 area seems like nice area where the retracement may end. If the rally does playout then I think the Bulls may target 1.3475.

Just sharing my view and it could be wrong.

Although presently the GBPUSD price action on the H4 time frame is sideways at the 1.33260 intra-day horizontal support, recent technical prints favour further southward price action.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

Hello Leon, have you considered possibility of Bitcoin dropping to year 2025 low of 74,000? I see it usually goes up 3 years and goes down 1 year. 90% of November December months produce highest or lowest Bitcoin prices... And we are in December already, they may want to target the low of 74,000

A few things:
The 4-year cycle usually ends with euphoria. We have seen no such. The 4-year cycle by the way ended at the end of October 2025.
We have heavy clusters of liquidity building up at 100k stretching further to 107k. 109k is the line in the sand for bulls/bears.
The 4-year cycle usually ends with an alt coin season. We have seen no explosive moves or bull run with Ethereum the leading altcoin. Others usually follow suite.
With mainstream adoption of Bitcoin is it possible that we could break the 4-year cycle?
With a yearly bear run I believe that 56k is a good target. Not 76K.
In summary. If we are going into a yearly bear market, I believe that 100k to 107k is a good entry point for bears. If 109K goes the 4-year cycle will be yet another myth.
