Update:

I did some back testing on a few pairs, and found the strategy gives very good results in terms of the number of wins.

I did also demo trade and the issue I am having is with stop losses. I set my stop loss to £10 on every trade and they got took out almost every time, then the price goes the other way, like what!? In one scenario, I was up around £9 but should have moved my stop loss to zero (got to remember), then it got took out, I didn't recheck where the price ended up though. I know this has got to do with the rejection bar but I have traded only after close of a rejection bar, in most cases a pin bar candle, so its not that. Its not that the strategy does not give you a win almost every time, its how I manage the stop loss.

All in all, this is a very good strategy, the issue is with entries and I think this is down to the way I enter and will improve the more I demo, at the moment I am trying to think how I can get precise entries. One idea is to set stop losses more further away and reduce my R/R to 1:2 or 1:3, I know it can be up to 1:5 R/R and much more, but if I set my target lower then I can give more breathing space for the stop loss. I can always use a trailing stop loss or do it manually to get greater gains.

"I set my stop loss to £10 on every trade and they got took out almost every time". First, decide your stop loss.2nd,calculate your risk tolerance based on your capital, lets say 2%,THEN!!! you can work out your position size.
