...@ 79% of 30day adr so far today, price @ the CDL/CWL takes a false 1st dip below Wkly S1 (which is @/around 3096,) in the prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone = prev supp x 1 (in 4hr part) = pot supp that extends down to 3084 LWL. Price is now below YL and today's AL again, right now.

Zebi's back you must of borrowed some money off your parents to get trading again, how much did you lose, a fair bit as you kept buying the dips and closed just before GU went north, dont worry we've all been there, the aim is to learn from you mistakes, welcome back time does heal all wounds...

Hey everyone, just as we were talking about, that UK CPI data this morning really did the trick!
The headline number came in at 3.6%, which basically shouts "rate cut coming!" from the BoE.
We got the move we were looking for, with GBP taking another leg down against the Dollar.

It was actually a tiny bit higher than some people expected, so it's not all smooth sailing.
The government's own price controls (like energy) are still adding a chunk to inflation.

So the BoE's job isn't completely done yet.
The big takeaway?
This definitely keeps a rate cut in December on the table.
With the economy looking soft, the pressure is on for the BoE to act.

What's next?
All eyes are on Rachel Reeves' budget next week.
That could throw a curveball with tax changes and other decisions that might affect inflation down the road.

For now, though, the trend is our friend.
I'm staying in my short and seeing where this ride takes us.
The bearish breakout we chatted about is finally happening!
