Hi - can anyone explain why cable shot up 250+pips - especially sine we've had no real data today? what happened at 1230gmt?

Prices went up to 1.9914 and then dropped down, then went to 1.992+ then dropped down, the time I posted my message I was waiting for a drop down to 1.986's-1.987's to buy since I felt it won't go lower at this time, so I caught it @ 1.9870 and it was on my demo account, I still have the fear to trade live today, I'm not comfortable, I even didn't open any new trade either on my live or demo accounts since yesterday, and of cousre I didn't mean to trade behind your back, if I was sure of what I will do today I would have traded live
