dont forget gentlemen...price is retracing to test the neckline first ...which is great rfor bulls since if it confirms the breakout means no more meandering around for 3800 and possible 4000 this is more a bullish sign than bearish {image}

CABLE On the H4, the Cable remains in a definite uptrend. one of two scenarios: A strong, impulsive five-wave decline (indicating a 3-3-5 pattern). Okay, so the Fed (FOMC) meeting happened yesterday, and it looks like it was the trigger for a pretty solid reversal in price.
The bounce happened right at the 90% Fibonacci level, which is a big clue.
It makes me think that the recent drop was "Wave A," and this recent rise was "Wave B."
If that's true, we're now setting up for a "Wave C" down.
In simple terms, this pattern suggests we might now be starting a short-term downtrend.
The target for this next leg down would be around the low where "Wave A" ended.
After it hits that target, the longer-term uptrend could then resume.
So, if this is all playing out correctly, what does it mean for trading on the 1-hour chart?
Any little bounce we see upward should be thought of as just a temporary pullback within a new downtrend.
It's not a reason to buy; it's a potential opportunity to sell.
I'll be watching for this: if price pulls back up to a Fibonacci level (like the 50% or 61.8% retracement), forms a small three-wave pattern, and then gets a strong bearish candlestick (an "engulfing" bar), that would be a good signal to look for a short trade.
Now, here's the big warning label on this idea:
The overall trend on the monthly and weekly charts is still very much up.
Even the daily chart is probably still up.
So, there's always a chance the price just ignores this whole setup and keeps climbing higher.
You absolutely have to respect those bigger trends.
But, my balls is still telling me there's a good chance this "Wave B" top is in.
I think we could start to see a series of lower highs and lower lows forming on the 4-hour chart, confirming that a short-term downtrend is underway. (it's just me guessing or just my imagination only)
