Cable Update (GBPUSD)

Closed long, looking for pullback now.
I don't think there will be pullback, that was a false breakout to the downside, no problemo then..

...so, strong bounce up from CDL/CWL, up to bottom of that previous 4hr range. Accordingly, the 1st downside b/o's of AL and YL were now false. That 4hr part of the prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone = prev sbr x 2 = pot sbr, that starts @ LWL has seen 'sell the rally' supply twice y/day on a test fof it from below, (once @ 3434 @/around the breached Wkly S1, 2nd time @ 3419, these marked as A and B respectively, on 1hr chart below.)

...for those unfamiliar with the charts I post, here's a quick run-down;

Re the coloured rectangles - they represent areas where there has been a fractal swing hi or lo - ie where there has been a recent imbalance of supply over demand (Swing hi) = potential res/rbs, [resistance becomes support,] -or- demand over supply (swing lo) = potential supp/sbr, [support becomes resistance.] The colours represent what t/f they exist on. The rest is self-explanatory, ie fibs and t/lines. So;

Light blue - on that t/f
Dark blue on that t/f, and tested and held as support or resistance at least once.
Light grey - the fractal swing exists on the next higher t/f also (so for 1hr, next higher t/f in this t/f combo is 4hr.)
Dark Grey - as above and has been tested and held as either supp or res at least once.
Pink - a fractal swing hi or lo on the t/f below that it is shown on, - so on 1hr, that means 30min for me.
Hollow zone – a previous swing hi or lo that has been disrespected as potential supp/res/sbr/rbs, at least once.

...obvious place to sell wasn't it? @ that p/back hi off Y/day's lo / 38.2% of y/day's fall move. (Too obvious?) Probably some retail stops above it. It's a strong bounce up though. I've mentioned it before - the 4hr part of that prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone = prev sbr x 2 = pot sbr, that starts @ 3416 LWL, extends up to circa 3441. 50% of y/day's big fall is @/around top of it. Price back in that prev 4hr range again now, but still below Wkly and Dly (where it opened today) Pivots.

... is anyone still clinging on to the Dly Inverted H&S as a reason to get long, longer-term? I suppose that the Right shoulder (RS2) is now below the left one so if the fractals had been supportive it would make it a perfect example of the pattern. Who knows, anything can happen, but the pattern itself is surely dead re the PA after the '1st' 3390 Right Shoulder, (RS1?)
