Chart Structure

  1. Timeframe: Weekly (long-term view).
  2. Instrument: GBP/USD.
  3. Zones Highlighted: Clear supply (resistance) and demand (support) zones.

Resistance (Supply) Zones

  1. 1.3748 – 1.3800:
    Strong supply zone, price has already rejected here.
  2. 1.4248 – 1.4376:
    Major higher-timeframe resistance, price hasn’t tested this yet in 2025.

Support (Demand) Zones

  1. 1.2099 – 1.2037:
    Strong demand zone where previous rally started.
  2. 1.1802:
    Deeper weekly demand, strong historical support.

Trend Analysis

  1. From late 2024 to mid-2025, GBP/USD has been in a clear uptrend, making higher highs and higher lows.
  2. Recently, price is showing sideways consolidation between 1.35 – 1.38.
  3. Momentum has slowed after rejection near 1.3750.

Current Situation

  1. Price at 1.3503 → right below mid-resistance (1.3748).
  2. Buyers lost some strength at the top, and sellers defended the supply zone.
  3. Weekly candles show indecision / consolidation, suggesting a possible correction.

Scenarios Ahead

  1. Bullish Scenario (Continuation):

    1. If price breaks and sustains above 1.3750, we may see a move towards 1.42 – 1.44 zone.
    2. Trend remains bullish unless weekly structure breaks.

  2. Bearish Scenario (Pullback):

    1. Rejection from 1.3750 may push price back toward 1.30 – 1.28.
    2. A deeper correction could test 1.21 demand zone again.

Conclusion

  1. Primary trend: Still bullish.
  2. Immediate bias: Neutral-to-slightly bearish (consolidation after rejection).
  3. Key levels to watch:

    1. Upside: 1.3750 (breakout key).
    2. Downside: 1.3000 & 1.2100 (demand support).

W/e Summary & Analysis.

* Small pip range, consolidative (,?) and rangy overall, sums up the week just closed, but with some decent swings, particularly on the 1Hr and smaller t/f's.
* Unusual week just closed, in that all 5 Dly candles were inside the previous Fri's big bullish thrust multi-engulf x 3 Dly candle, and this has produced an inside Wkly candle close, ie no b/o's (either way) of the prev week's hi (LWH,) or lo (LWL.) Also, none of the week's just closed Dly candles were > 30day adr.
* The now old month closed above it's 3393 Mthly Pivot, after opening below it. The new month (barring a big gap down @ open,) will open above it's new Mthly Pivot, which will be @/around 3411. Price remains above Yrly R1.


* The < 6mth amr (87%) Mthly candle closed bullishly on Fri, and if not a true bullish piercing candle is akin to it. The t/f closes the month/week in a general uptrend.
* The < 13wk awr (53%) Wkly candle closes much like the wk's before, as a pinbar. The t/f closes the week in a general uptrend.
* Fri's < 30day adr (83%) Dly candle closes like the Wkly's described above, and the t/f closes in a rangy state overall, with no real trend.
* The 4Hr t/f's last candle close was a bearish hammer on a p/back from the day's 3517 hi. The t/f closes the week in a rangy - most recently bullish state overall, with no real trend.
* The 1Hr t/f's last candle close was a bearish thrust multi-engulf x 5 candle. The t/f closes the week much as the 4Hr t/f, ie rangy - most recently bullish overall, with no real trend.

When you know what your t/f's of choice are doing, (trend or range,) and you know where the relevant potential supp/res/sbr/rbs is, pertinent to those t/f's, you really don't have to worry where price will go next.
