I have been pinching pips on various currencies and the dow - 15 here and 25 there - for last 3 trading days - missed all the huge moves but all the many small gains really add up... i am happy as long as i am up - even a few down at the end of the day and i am not happy

think i am settling into my style of pinching 15 or 25 and sometimes 50 max - long or short - seems to work for me and i have plenty of time...

and all i have to do is draw some channels and then 'feel' the dither on the chart and go the other way and get straight out if i am wrong - take 5 or 6 losses of 12 pips and make 12 or 15 trades of say 20 average the right way...

I wish I can see your charts?? is that possible?
you also talk about long term views here in the thread, so can you show some charts with your views plzz?

Cable failed to reach 2.0259, so it went downward trying to reach 2.0061 and break, but there was a bounce there but the good thing is that cable is below 2.0167 and the hourly close for the last 4 hours is less than 2.0140 all, so whenever cable can't reach 2.0167 this can prove the downward move, besides that it failed to reach 2.0259 which can give me a good sign that cable will break 2.0061, so I'm ready and well prepared for this mission
I still have a sell tarde @ 2.0460 (1 lot) in addition I have also
sell @ 2.0250 SL @ BE
sell @ 2.0240 SL @ BE
sell @ 2.0230 SL @ BE
I'm waiting for the break of 2.0061, I won't be happy if 2.0215 is broken tomorrow this will delay the downward move at least for tomorrow, and the break of 2.0401 will call for an upward move and might be the end of the downward move for this week

Does anyone have a pair with imminent move? (Outside Eur/Usd, Gbp/Usd, Usd/Jpy, Eur/Jpy, Gbp/Jpy)

I don't trade Usd/Cad since i'm not a meteorologist but im not seeing nothing there too.

Hey ppl... between us... what's with this Auslanco thread?

Take this as an "after trading day" talk....

I did the math and its unbeliavable.

"Update" thread has 90 posts average per day...

Auslanco thread has 450 posts average per day... lol?

"Update" thread has 5000 views average per day

Their thread has 25000 views per day.

The only thing equal is the ratio Posts/Views

Which means that converging all the facts, "Update" thread dont get any viewers from Auslanco thread, which is very wierd since that thread has a lot of ForexFactory new traders.

I figure this out because, considering we have the same ratio of posts per viewers, the difference is lack of volume so, if the same ppl that read Auslanco thread at least just paid attention to "Update" thread... our ratio would be very low and it isn't.


My question is... if this average continues, GBP/USD Update will no longer be biggest thread around in less than 1 month and a half.

Now get this... their thread starts like this... "I started this thread because i don't want to overshadow the others with my perfect calls" , "I make money like a walk in the park"
Are you kidding me??? Thats the reason of 25000 views per day? For god sake...

So tell me. If the GBP/USD discussion continue to grow more there at this pace... will you guys eventually change to that thread?

Mega views mega post but nothing relevant, as for me just lookin for content and views and pass the time while we watch paint dry.

Cad is a good trade have several longs in play

It seems that you left your backup account with an open trade, with major leverage, without stop loss.

Is that it? 2xxx balance... low equity. I guess its really an open trade.

No,, there are no open trades, the whole account is hedged since april, and the broker didn't send me any note!! my other back up account is normal (similar account numbers) with out the pink!!

With a negative free margin, you cannot place any other trades. Can't see how it is hedged, but try figuring out at which levels you can bank profits in the trades, unbalancing the hedging, but at least getting out of it.

Or, like the CB officer's are teaching us: pump more cash in
