From my point of view, looking at daily chart, next week pound will continue boost the trend going up all night long...

maybe...

When I'm not placing trades I'm placing thoughts on trades. Just can't help it.

There's a bug behind my ears, wanna know what you guys think of it:

Cable traded its 50% fibo (9622 / 0652) already and euro hasn't traded its correspondent 50% (it would be 3550).

I'm to make a decision on whether stick with my 100% sell cable on rallies strategy (which is against a prevailing trend, thus carries the risk of becoming the next free444) or to start building long positions even with the risk of cable going down, say, to its 61% fibo at mid 2.00s.

Plan would be buying cable @ market, add at 0152 and 00XX and go to the next BMW store to pick the model, close the deal at 2.1

The poll:

a)- We've seen the bottom at 0152 and cable's gonna soar another 1000 pips

b)- We haven't seen the bottom yet

c)- "Target 9730"

d)- "2.1000 on Monday!!! yyyeeeehahaaaa"

I think GU will be heading to the top of the channel I posted yesterday, around 0330

In my view for the short term trade i see gbp/usd heading to 2.0138/2.0020 fibonacci support levels of 50% and 61.8% before a move up to 2.0770 to complete a 5 wave impulse sequence..meanwhile it is in a descending triangle sequence with 2.0180 as the support break of this level will mean a move down to 2.0138 and from my analysis gbp/usd alwaysretraces 50% of major up moves to form wave 4 so i will be looking at 2.0138 closely!!

ill go for a...euro is gonna be rocked, i think gold is going to TRY to take 700...the euro is gona try to take 1.40 and so i vote cable a.)

And I believe as well b) haven't seen a bottom yet. Looking at the 2.0000 level for a swing point sometime end of next week. Keep in mind story on Reuters on friday that it is not out of the question for ECB / BOE to cut rates as well as Fed. Money crunch is being felt on continent too.

I'm with you on this one. Question is whether or not this trendline we're on is going whacked shortly. I say CPI> 2.5 can make it. CPI<=2.4 opens room for new lows...

nah... "2.12 inevitable" is not eligible for the hall of fame.

Eligibility Criteria for Cable Update Lousy Calls Hall of Fame

a)- The call must be 300+ pips away with the statement "sooner than you expected" or alike. That means, "timeframe" must be included. Too ease call cable 1.9500 now and came back here in 2014 and say "toldya".

b)- Cable must move the double the pips off the call, in the opposite way, never looking back

c)- the user MUST hijack the thread, yell his calls 5 times per page, be annoying, act like a moron and vanish the thread at first 100 pips move otherwise
