Monthly update.

July was my first profitable month using this strategy (3 months total). Pretty happy about it.
11% gain locked on account. 15 trades total. Looking forward what next month brings.

Took a quick GU position in London today, closed at 1.5R profit because I didn't want to lose my profits. SL was at BE already but decided since it is last day of the month, better take some small win instead of losing or BE.

Sorry, but I'm afraid you're gonna have to do it yourself. We all did. There is plenty of summaries in this thread. Go through every page thoroughly. It took me a month and it's the only way to fully understand this method. Then lots of practice.

higher time frame is 4h or daily?

Higher TF is 4H, D, W, M. Personally I mostly use D and W and then trade on 30 or 15m chart. But this is just my system. You need to practice and develop your own.
If I see good setup at open I take it.
