This is my understanding of the Australian dollar, not sure if there are any mistakes. Today I went long on the Australian dollar at the Asian open, but I think my choice was wrong as I tend to favor reversal trades. I will strive to correct this.
1. Follow the system: The 30-minute close at Tokyo opening shows rejection, and it is located in the weekly resistance area. The major trend in the 30-minute resistance area is bearish, so we can go short with the trend.
2. At 9:00 (Asian opening, which is also the 4-hour closing time), we find a bullish candle with a long upper wick (rejection), indicating that the bearish trend remains dominant. However, the 30-minute close at Asian opening is a bearish candle, which does not align with the trading logic, so no trading decision is made this time.
3. At 9:15 (15-minute chart), rejection occurs with a long upper wick, allowing a short entry.
4. During Tokyo opening, the Fibonacci retracement is at 0.382.

GU 15 min. Waited for an entry in these zones above. Everything was perfect, but I didn't like that the top wick was shorter than the bottom one. Obviously this would have been at least BE, but it doesn't mean that from now on I should also look for entries like this.

I was also looking GU and waited for at least a wick into my preferred zone. Price didn't move that high, so no trade.
