There got a 4th in the range up but not extension 4 yet ,stll can bounce for new high . Anyway watching if correct breaks 2787 or not

* price broke above the 61.8% of the current wkly hi-lo (2934-2709) move but fell back below it after the p/back from current dly hi, (probably a stop hunt above the asian hi before the drop from the 2865 current dly hi?)
* 1st upside b/o's of 2815 y/day hi and 2857 asian hi were false, and price is currently still below the asian hi.
* price is still below last wk's lo after the 2nd downside b/o of it (on 4hr.)
* 38.2% of the total 3208-2709 (499pip) recent fall is @ 2899, and 50% of it @ 2958.
* bulls currently struggling to make any upside headway off that 1hr piercing pattern hammer close @ the current p/back lo (off current dly hi.)

To be honest, they are not too bright over there in China. The US is the largest buyer of most Chinese products. US importers will simply source these products elsewhere. In the end it will bite China hard. Although I heard China is currently paying 104% as tarrifs for some US goods.

Let's see who blinks first. As for Trump, most of his policies can be undone with the stroke of the pen of another president through executive orders.

Price bounced off a monthly level on both UJ and GJ, closed now for 180p.

UJ - 145 area to watch for short setup
UCHF - 8415 area to watch for short setup

EU and GU has started moving in different direction. Both are in 100 pip ranging PA today. But USD direction will still influence their PA.

187-18750 be a good area to short from

The major economies seem to be propping up their currencies to try and avoid a slide against the dollar. Problem with this is, it's an expensive exercise, and eventually the flood gates open. I'm holding short GU, will start scaling in EU shorts above 1.10460, that's a monthly level.

I'm impressed with the Euro. I think that's where the money is at. GU is as sluggish as a turd.
