Those are standard procedures traders must follow before entering trades and.... still using chart.

Building a system where the feed is crucial is dumb. There's something in having the open in line with the market, I guess.
The only time I've seen a huge difference in recorded price is in very high volatility, like a flash crash.
Explain exactly why the futures are above spot for everyday use.
Some feeds have a very small monthly lower wick. They opened later or earlier, and it's likely the CME has the missing data.
There's NO magic feed; I've seen it all before.

You should of bought gbpusd on Jan 20 2025 when Trump had inauguration. Wait until April 02 "liberation day" see when he hits 25% on auto, see dollar drop and eurusd and gbpusd fly up more. S&p500 should drop further because of tariffs. If he does not hit 25% on auto, which it would be good news, and says something positive, than you will see AAII turning more bullish on stock market, which means their bearish sentiment will start dropping and turning more towards bullish sentiment. That will still cause the Dollar to drop further, because no matter what Trump wants dollar cheaper and stock market bullish. We will see what happens week on week/ month on month basis.

Usdx also over an intermediate support and correct towards limit before next leg down in range as 5th if.! Anyway overall limit down is 2715 !

The GBPUSD price action on the daily time frame is sideways at the 1.29675 horizontal resistance area. The preceding technical impulse is bullish, and we may still see further northward market engineering to an intra-day area of value. Nevertheless, the dominant technical structure is bearish.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.
