Please specify the opening time of the MARKET.
Because on different sites the "opening time" is separate for the Forex market, and there is a separate one FOR "Indices".
Specify for Gold as well - what time do you take.

Last High is of little importance other than it may be a place to take profit. Market direction is up and prior highs have a high chance of being broken.

Could you please explain these hypothetical scenarios when price is in between two opposing validated areas, leading to a session open.

 

  1. Scenario 1: Should we trade a rejection candle at a previously validated level in the new session or should we wait for a fresh validated level?

This is a great question and very important.
Scenario 2 is correct. Buy Chart 1, Sell Chart 2.
There are other factors that you will need to consider like the range prior to entering a trade especially at London open.
If the market has moved close to it's ADR you would not go long on that trade. I would be waiting for a reversal which happens and can be seen as a daily pin bar.
Remember you are looking to trade the last validated swing. Hey, and if you are wrong selling chart 3 and you entered on a rejection Candle you are likely to have locked in some good profit by the time it gets to the prior buy zone.
I have a question for you.
If you get a signal at London Open as this system states that's we trade the opens and you enter a sell. What has more energy, the trade you are in or the pending buy zone in front of you that price will be entering out of our 1.5hr trading window.

The most recent validated zone should be traded within the 1.5hr trading window, provided that the ADR supports the room for the move.

I see now that the importance of the ADR - a lot of the different pairs you trade - has already reached or a close to adr before Tokio open, and the impulse move that most pairs had either just prior to open or just after, would properly have trapped many into thinking it was just a pullback of the trend and if we didn't look at the adr - I think many would have made the mistake and trade the different way.

But since we are close to ADR price would most likely do a bigger correction and that's the move we are wanna get into. Or at least that's the setup I see most pairs have today.
