If you risk 1R $500 per trade with a $10,000 account deposit, ...
+62R means $31,000 in one week,

If we trade only once-a-day and risking just $500 per trade and using Position Sizing,

we can all retire rich with good cash flow trading a Money Management Based System Trading Strategy..

Without seeing all your trades entries and exits, other than the few examples you posted,

we have no idea what the market type conditions you choose to trade.

I study the entries on Day candles and time of day.

Rob can say it but I think 1R is different for every trade and every instrument.
I think he calculates it individually with formula 1R = Entry price - stop ( not R as fix to dollar amount ).
But non the less, he has very good RR

CORRECTION Risk $500 / 1R = position size in contracts
