b. We do know who moves the market, and why the market moves the way it does, no need for any one to pretend they do; Google a list of the top 10 forex dealing banks/institutions by volume, and the why is simpler than that: the prevailing net result of all buy and sell orders that have been activivated in the market is why the market moves, and indeed why it moves the way it moves.
c. Ask Jim Simons (is he still alive,?) if he is looking at that particular statistic, or knows of anyone who is.
