Trading is like betting to hit a target

if i hit target you give me 3
if i dont i'll give you 1

every probability to hit target should be 50/50

how do you get 50/50 probability? You just need to develop an edge and follow it, the market have not prove only 1 system work
they all work, every system depend on PRICE ACTION .

If you dont have an edge in the market you dont stand a chance of 50/50

One thing you didn’t add in. You also need 2:1 market movement if you’re risking 1:1 no leverage with your thought process in order to make profit. Otherwise you’ll end up at 0 or in loss anyway.

If you can’t make it consistently with 2:1 market movements then you need to add risk when you’re down. Adding risk martingale style can end badly

If someone has only 50% chance to win they better work at a foreign exchange desk where they convert money and earn from huge spreads instead of betting.

Trading is betting and in order to bet on something you need to have info that other's don't have. Info & knowledge is the real edge

Although the bearish momentum of the GBPUSD price action on the daily time frame is declining, the technical impulse favours bears more than bulls. Besides, the dominant technical structure is bearish.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.
