in daily chart i see a shoulder-head-shoulder formation.
if it is so, we can see 1.96-1.97 then up to 2.0100.

I have covered most all shorts only 5 @.0489 running with open hedge on them atm with SL few ticks off the Lo, loooking to load up again or ride the last out lower

Be very careful with your shorts - i wouldnt recomend opening too many dollar longs. - Read the posts i have written so far and you will know i dont talk carp

Last 2 days have just shown what a overbought market does. It has happened in the past and will happen again. Its a simple theory - The bigger players are taking their profits and sqauring positions - NO one is going long on dollar. They are just selling off their shorts. WHY - because they know this will bring the markets down - SO WHAT - They get another oppurtunity to buy cheap and get back to their longs.

ALL of US news continue to show how bad things are getting in there - there is NO reason whatsoever to be dollar positive at this stage.

Personally i was long on cable, aud, euro and short on CAD. I took profits yesterday and closed all positions. Am not taking any shorts.

Just my 2 pips.

Man, I'm missing out on everything, was waiting to go long, nothing happened, went to sleep, woke up to the same selling tune that disregarded all the fibs and bands in the world. Oh well, I'm going to risk going against Igrok's advice and will buy at the nearest opportunity once I see a solid bottom, forgive my francais, tight SL, suicide note included.

Extremely volatile movements against a short term trend cannot go on forever, and 2.0250 is a 38.2 fib of the rise since 8th june.
