The currency strength meter detects a strong downtrend momentum on GBP/USD and according to the daily chart, the previous structure broke and I expect GBP/USD to fall 150 pips !!!

Seems like a good strategy.

"I'm not holding trades for long."

Assuming you trade with a size of 0.01 and an account balance of $ 153.00:
your SL would be ≤75 pips/±$ 7.50 (5%); and TP ≥765 pips/±$ 76.50 (50%)
However, price swings have rarely reached 300 pips in a week (lately).

How long do you hold your trade, usually?

Need to work more on your trade/risk management. It comes with too much Stoploss. The standard is always around 30/40 pips. That's enough to pick all on the table.

Again, In line with Mitiblotch, I also have the opinion it's not really about Trump but market structure. Though that's your own way of given analysis.

So starts with short scalping having signal 2387 for 2373. If all ok before over 2438 / 54 play next
Approaching better level 2410+ though , watching
