My plan is to short eurusd tonight Asian session stop losss at 1.05000 with a 2% risk of capital I would like to wait for moty to come in the thread and buy eu first

It's going to be a less than fully liquid week this week. USD can often do well during public holidays and low liquidity weeks. But it's also opportunity for other majors to shine. Inclined to think DXY isn't quite done yet. Cable has a potential double bottom but unsure if that will hold.

As for AUD and NZD, what is there to say other than incredibly oversold? Both these pairs trade most strongly not against their USD pairs but against the Euro. Hence it is critically important to watch EURAUD and EURNZD. When these crosses are bullish, AUD and NZD don't stand a chance. The lower price of these 2 pairs makes them expendable against higher value currencies like EUR and GBP, so market can load them up (as ammo), then dump them again. Still I'm looking to buy AUD and NZD when market is done hammering them both. 0.6175 for AUD (pending buy order, subject to TA holding on that double bottom) and 0.5523 for NZD. The crosses are still bullish, so patience is a must. Need to see these crosses selling off if AUD and NZD have a hope of heading north again (which I believe they will, interest rate reasons and a weakening USD). Only question is when

GBPUSD price action on the daily time frame went sideways below a rising wedge (red) on Friday after a bearish breakdown on Thursday. Technical impulse favours bears more than bulls. Nevertheless, we may still see a northward retest of an intra-day area of value before a southward turnaround.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

I am curious on this image, since both examples are missing that swing high anchor. It seems to be more a matter of where that “wrong” TL connects further down the page that we can’t see.
