Base on quarter levels

aftet the break of structure 1.30 suppose to hold but since it failed it’s now 1 of the most important level to revisit

after the break of the 1.30 price look for buyers at each levels 1.27 1.25 quarter points


target remain at first red line which is Q1 high. 1st quarter of 2024

Even though I expect GU to ultimately drop to 1.24 or lower, remember that the Bank of England meets on Thursday and is expected to leave rates unchanged while the Fed is expected to cut on Wednesday. Bottom line: there may be another try higher to the 61.8% fib at 1.2718 before coming down. Once the drop begins, it should be relentless, with EU heading towards parity in the next few months and GU ultimately looking for the 1.21 to 1.23 area for some longer term support.

Dont forget the prevailing fundamentals about GBP economy. So nothing is that straightforward.

Yes. The fundamentals of the UK economy are terrible compared to the US. That is the main reason I am looking for a lower GBPUSD. GDP growth is near 0% in the UK while US GDP is estimated at over 2% for 2025.
