The USD/JPY has been moving slightly as expected for a holiday. There has been almost no strong movement and the rise has weakened, so I will close my long positions. If there is no strong movement in NY, I will probably close early today.

Anyway eurusd not done , gbpusd next leg may start 3965/74 watching for retest 2944 . May go high also as eurusd not ready yet and erratic!
2974 breaks ok bounce target now 2983 , watching breaks up to correct or not , risks /range increasing !
Next at 2960 , breaks and hold here to continue for bear target 2883!

it’s hovering just around 12960 for me it’s a break below 12950 that will confirm a bearish move

Have a buy on Euro @ 1.0903 and Cable 1.2976 and just going to let these run, I'm wanting 1.10 for Euro which will be a nice little payday
Cable.....not sure maybe 1.3005
Have hedging stops in play....

I have been trading all Euro/London opening and beyond so these two are runners

Given relative stability of the PA so far (notwithstanding the gaps up on majors), starting to wonder if the currencies are far more concerned with the NFP data from Friday, given the Fed's hands are now likely tied. Sometimes it takes a day or two for it to sink in.

US indices another matter altogether but they too may well be affected more by the NFP data, but also way more susceptible to election outcomes.

Watching EURCHF for SNB interference (which may give cable a break for north). Also watching EURAUD AND EURNZD. Selling in these pairs often means bull traffic for indices, AUD and NZD.

We'll know more when US traders hit the floor in a few mins 7am US ET.
