The USD/JPY has fallen through the lower OB zone and then rebounded. The next step is to see what happens to the 152 round number. If it breaks through this level, I think it will rise to 152.52. Two long positions are still in place.

I've gone short on the pound-dollar. Is there really no chance of it breaking above 1.3? If it breaks below the lower support of 1.28, it will likely be a big move.

IMO, it will break 1.3 to give a spike for retail to load longs before it continues south.

the move up seemed to be either a delayed reaction to NFP or something in the election polls. A bit like how the pair dropped like crazy over 24 hours after the UK budget last week.

So this completely destroys Zebi's idea that the US dollar will go up if Kamala wins(steals) seeing it plummeted on this Iowa poll. Says the markets think that a Kamala win will be detrimental to the US economy.
Don't need to be a Rhodes Scholar to work that out....

It was an 80 pip spike on GU but I'm usually at work when Asia session starts up so no trading unless I stay home for the day lol.

We have what's known as 'The race that stops the Nation' tomorrow called 'The Melbourne Cup' at Flemington Race Course. It's Australia's biggest horse racing event, it's a public holiday and many take the fours days of but this time around the renovation I'm on the guys trying to get it finished so worked Saturday and today. Tomorrow of and might have a bet.
It's run over 3200metres so a race for stayers
