That's not the edge Headland is talking about Zeb.

His edge is identifying repeating patterns in conjunction with support and resistance and multiple analysis etc, that produce high probability winners.
I would imagine it takes a lot of work and a highly analytical mindset, to firstly identify these specific criteria patterns that produce more winners over an extended historical time period.
I imagine it would then take more work, patience, and emotional control to continue executing this 'edge', waiting for all criteria to align, before pulling the trigger.

Not the kind of behaviour of the vast majority.....

sounds like ICT and as we all know barely anyone uses his concepts

I know very little about ICT, but from the little Ive read, it looks to follow the smart money, "The ICT trading model is quite successful among many traders for its structured approach to market analysis. It emphasizes understanding market behavior, institutional order flow, and key price levels.

There looks to be pretty clear resistance zones that need to be broken before anything is confirmed.

playing inside a demand zone likely risky as all ups and down till clearer or confirm one side ! 2nd consecutive bull daily candle and entered the main bull channel again . still with in last leg down and so no signal for bull yet ! next day may rangy through 3068/76 + to below 3008 to 2986 possible and close positive for bull should be at least over 3058 , best over 3072!
again 3 rd bull candle pass then 4 rth may even ranging for final decision ! so next 2-3 days likely more ranging and risky!

checking old weekly tf with indicator yes it was a doji as 3rd candle down still , so 3 crows . 4 rth may ranging , up possible and unless and until weekly close over 3123 it is only correction down / bear for next target 2931, 2803 to 2675 pull back to 2483. so here we consider a range up for timebeing before further tanking .

...therein lies the problem, it's my opinion that most traders want a "this line crosses that line" fail safe set up, which traps them into a false sense of security, there can be so many crossing of lines with different values and timescales that makes them redundant 50/50 at best, but that's just my view, could be wrong...
