Holding short, beautiful M just at the Euro-US session changeover, developed on the 15M as the first leg was put in at the changeover, then the second leg on a retest just afterwards. Looking forward to a correction soon, considering the dealing desk has held the level for roughly 24 hours.

It's almost identical in movement to the consolidation before the breakout to the downside on Oct 2nd.

Anytime a dealing desk has absorbed its liquidity targets, there are forceful movements away from these zones, which are most obvious in the 15-30M timeframe. Think about it, if they're selling to longs on GU, flash equity to a high, then pullback and fill $100M long / $20M short - what makes you think they would return price to where all those long orders are filled? if they do, retailers might get out and scratch a minor loss of a few pips, or break even.

Price action is showing they are not uncomfortable with "testing" the downside, which indicates to me that they might not be ready to reverse price upwards juuuuuuust yet. We're seeing a breakdown in price toward the end of this trading day, as they fade away from the breakout to the upside, lots of us (including myself) were looking to go Lons (and many of us are sill holding long) - I'm not one of them as the long setup isn't playing out like I initially anticipated.

Not saying longs are wrong, but I believe that going long right now might be a little too soon given the current behavior of the market.

Hey Jackoboms. I'm not quite sure what you are saying here sorry But to answer the first part "who am I", I am a trader who makes a living from trading, taking entries on the 1H timeframe from looking at the daily, and I just sometimes feel I should speak strongly here to wake people up when price is moving in such an obvious way. It is sad to see people getting chopped up by the daily swings
