I don't follow news, but for those saying BB was talking shit. From MS Money:

"Bernanke says there are clearly going to be substantial financial losses (ests. $50-100 bln) linked with subprime problems"

What is he supposed to say. No there isn't or it is estimated at $1 trillion. Trade what the market is doing, not what he or anyone else is saying. And look no further than your reflection in your bathroom mirror if you lose.

Yap, cable is definitely taking a breather here.
Only BS price action at the moment.
Looks like we might have some retracing to do.
But I'll stay out for now, and enjoy some of my summer holiday with my girlfriend next week instead.

It looks like we will have a correction, to what levels can't say for a fact it's all speculation, but the structure clearly indicates a correction untill the first week of august. The next leg up should continue through September, if in the short hold till 1st week of august, to reverse from there

Good for carry trades actually, not GBPUSD directly. But in these days of USD indecision, not even freaking Yen is showing signs of life.

But anticipating some positive southeastern stock action (currently long MSCI Singapore & HSEN - Hiap Seng Eng.)
