Hi Strat

I agreed about Roy being a great trader, and a love his outlook on life where his outdoor lifestyle comes first before his hours spend trading the financial markets.

That trade was my first (AND LAST) fundamental based trade taken on the advice of my son who had just completed his BCA degree. You know, the smart kid who thinks he knows it all and has a trade that can't lose. My wife backed him up and told me to place a trade on that SPX thing because Daniel knows what he's talking about. "Just Sell the US500 thing" because its going down if Trump wins.

You know that line where "happy wife - happy life"

Will under a bit of pressure, we waited on electron day for a trade. There was period where it was 50 / 50 and I think in Florida when suddenly prince started to tank for 10 minutes when Trump's results looked strong. I entered a trade of a few contracts and we quickly rocketed into profit - All good so far.

Then the big move occurred and by the end of the day price was up 100 points or so (can't remember without looking) against our position and I had my Wife and smarty pants son telling me to hold - "its just a fake move"

Now what was I supposed to do?

Result, closed the trade for a large $0000 loss 24 hours later and banned my son for ever suggesting fundamental trades to me in the future.

Result, Not so happy wife but still happy marriage.

since down side direction is ticked, sell orders only with whatever fibo pullback or with any indicators you choose.

The USD/JPY started to fall from the double top on the 2nd and is now in a downward trend with a green, pink, and red sequence. The price rose slightly in the pink parallel line of the orange corner, but it has fallen along the short-term red line without exceeding the blue support line. I closed my short position once when I saw the double bottom, but I entered again.
