im kind of with you on this. A lot of data this week which then shapes up the next few weeks imho. There is noise that we may see a 0.5% cut from the Fed whilst the BoE seem to be holding off from any more cuts potentially till next year. That gives me long vibes. The data today if it was powerful enough should have retested 12840 but so far a slightly muted move up.

The move up has been more to do with a weaker US economy than much else. However the caveat is if escalation in the middle east continues then Gold will get stronger thus in a way thr USD may get stronger.

I heard Iran has paused for attacking Israel. Iran might fear bigger war in middle east can possibly drag US and Russia into the war and can cause not only normal war but nuclear one as well. Russia is not official military alliance with Iran but Russia will not stay aside like they did during Iraq War in 2003. The warn of attacking was just an act of Iran's leader to show to Hamas that they are not abandoned and will always be protected by fellow Arab countries according to my logical thinking. But it is true or not, nobody clearly know.
