GBP/USD, 15-minute chart: A range like a caterpillar crawling around. I know it's effective to go long, but I can't make an entry, so I'm closing out today.

On NFP day i like to take a day off, unless already holding a trade that the NFp is far from triggering or price near Key zone.
NFP usually run to it and print friday high/low on the release.
Normal fryday, after London close, we get the friday high/low- 21:30 my time for Gold

Just make sure that you don't get caught giving or selling tips to friends or relatives. This is typically how 'insiders' get caught! Why do board of directors do so well when they stoutly declare that they aren't involved in insider trading?

My thoughts on Cable. Can see the upper recent highs getting swept and then hopefully a climb to rebalance the highlighted order block. NFP could change the whole idea though. Peace.

Geoginson, that's why I posted about the weekly range. I know you have extensive knowledge and are a swing trader. As you know I use ATR(14) for finding exhausting points for day and week. All between 80-120% of the prior range is in play for the next day and week. Good luck my man.
