Try to start with platforms like IG , I have been using it since 2004 and very rarely seen issues with it. The worst it gave me was not closing on SL thusban overshoot for a few pips.

had worse experience on eTorro which is awful

I experienced the same with XM recently... My SL didnt close even close after hitting multiple times.. i ll look into IG. Thanks for guidance

Volume seems to have picked up

Problem for Cable buyers is Euro has been strong against the pound but I sense a turn around now

Trade with pepperstone and talking to a funds manager from another provider Alan and he says it's CMC Markets who provide liquidity to pepperstone
Might be going with this other mob 'Eightcap' as not too happy with pepperstone performance, I get data cutouts so MT4 freezes nothing is happening and it always seems to be just at critical moments...
