Thanks Alain. This isn't anything to do with envelopes or waves but is most definitely related to the cycles of the economy. I thought I might add it and see what others may be able to add. {image} Recession incoming when; 1. The 18.6 year real estate cycle peaks (Gann's work). This is due to peak next year. 2. The 2yr bond yield crosses above the 10yr bond yield. This has happened. 3. Interest rates have been rising but have plateaud. This has happened 4. Interest rates start falling. There's a 93% forecast of a drop in rates for the Sept FED meeting....

Comparing the Envelopes and Donchian channel indicators on the M15 timeframe, both are almost similar but the envelopes are more flexible concerning price. But in TF H1 everything changes, the Donchian channel is wider while the envelopes are narrower. {image}
