3 Potential Retracement Levels

Terry I would bet on a 5 Legs Retracement Up to the the 4/8 SRL (which is in the Middle of 2 Potential Retracement Levels)

Thanks Alain. This isn't anything to do with envelopes or waves but is most definitely related to the cycles of the economy. I thought I might add it and see what others may be able to add.


Recession incoming when;
1. The 18.6 year real estate cycle peaks (Gann's work). This is due to peak next year.
2. The 2yr bond yield crosses above the 10yr bond yield. This has happened.
3. Interest rates have been rising but have plateaud. This has happened
4. Interest rates start falling. There's a 93% forecast of a drop in rates for the Sept FED meeting.
5. Unemployment rate starts rising rapidly. It's currently rising slowly, not sure what rapidly means??

Late entry, was away. Nice how price reacts to the 128 Murrey bottom:
