mqlshop indicator?

Hi
I bought an indicator from mqlshop a few days back but can't get it to work. Nothing happens when I drag it onto the chart
I'm not good at techie stuff at all and am probably doing something wrong.

Anyone here have experience with indicators from that site?

One hunch is that the indicator doesn't work on the latest MT4 update? (my broker, CMC, made me update a month back or so)

Other possibility is that i'm doing it wrong and haven't properly installed teh other files that come with the indicator? (although i'm having trouble doing that. A mixture of virus alerts on the dll file and my PC seems to just auto delete it after a few mins
And having issues installing their 'terminal' file. Firstly 'permission' issues, and then when I think I finally downloaded it, my cmc mt4 wouldn't even open meaning i had to delete it and revert back to having the previous 'terminal' file in the metatrader folder)

Just general issues everywhere so far!

What is the mqlshop? A website or do you mean mql5.com?

Do they not offer any support or guidelines?

Just sell you stuff and throw you out?

You purchased an indicator from MQLShop dot com that requires DLL installation for use. However, you did not install the DLL, so the indicator could not be added to the chart. While waiting for the seller's response, you hastily opened a dispute on PayPal.
After checking, MQLShop confirmed that the indicator stopped working following the MT4 update to version 1420 (due to the old version 1415 being included) and proactively refunded your payment.
