Not that I trade the Asian session due to work commitments but I hear Yen pairs are good to trade??

Yes and no. I used to trade NZDJPY quite often. It's actually once again at a significant level. But I found edge in trading GBPUSD during the Asian session a few years ago, getting into a position well before London open, holding it and letting it play out slowly during the day. I guess that sounds odd, but I also guess that's why it's called "edge"

Because it will be a significant and perhaps final nail in the coffin of the US Fed's rhetoric about wanting to lower rates. Ain't gonna happen. If this set of data is bad, it will underscore the hawkish view of USD. Hike, not hold or cut. Consistent data stream of increasingly negative data out of the US. And the ECB has beat them to the post in cutting rates yesterday. US traders hate that. Everyone thought that none of the other central banks would move on cutting rates until the Fed did. Wrong.

What a week, cable actually gave us a trend line to work with. Waiting for NFP, if red will probably break well above the highs and stay in 1.28's till the end of day. We will also have a nice fat weekly. Really curious for next week, lots of news coming as well.
