be careful today with GOLD it may DIP before it hits 2350-60
and we have a lot of data coming this week,
specially NFP,
so Risk Aversion is in play today,
all YEn pairs including GBPJPY is down and it well may still go down this week,
we are hoping for 200-300 pips move
we are EURJPY GBPJPY
USDJPY not trading yet,
i have traded GBPUSD a lot before, But waiting for 50 pip move takes hours
so we mostly go with with minor pairs as well.
EURAUD GBPAUD etc.
those are not at their peak in range,
so i am with GBPJPY and EURJPY
and YEs gold 1 trade is open from friday, may hit our target today in US session,
or it may dip to 2315 like it tested in the morning,
or even below to 2305-10 that will be my time to add another low to GOLD,
since India brought home 100 Tons of GOLD,
good enough for me, to hold my buy
and then JOB openings tomorrow after that PMI which is not very much effective to be honest,
and then Black Friday again,
this week will be a hell to keep my self in check but i am trading safe low leverage,

most people come into forex because they want quick results,
this is business it takes time to build and Grow,
once you let the Greed FOMO and emotions out of your system which is not easy thing to do,

That's human nature cannot be Changed, its natural, but with time you will learn how to Control, because it can be controlled,
with less emotions keep your self busy with other business or job or what ever go fishing if that helps
but in my experience and people i have met most of them online OVER TRADING KILLS.
you need to practice to be patient for eg i keep my self busy with my other business before i was police officer so JOB was there to keep me busy,
now i even play chess, snooker anything that will keep me from over trading,
still after 15 years i am struggling because this bloody trading is Addiction,
once you see the profit it becomes addiction,
trust me,
you cannot watch whole day 13 pairs and not trade i tried its very hard,
so what i do i plan my trades then execute them and then i am out watching from mobile only form time to time,
and when i see a good move i return to my laptop and see how far it can go or its time to close or at least close half positions and move stop loss etc.
my point watching the charts all day will not change anything trust me,
yes it helps to hire a guy to keep watching when there is movement you will get a call so you can check, that is different story,
for self traders trust me i have done it 100 times,
our mind play tricks on us, because charting is an art, some see sell, some see buy,
its tricky that is why Fundamentals help in long term.
i hope it helps keep traders in check.
