It's not about him anymore, it's the guys who defended him back then. Look at Wavegarrick, he denies the fact that he defended jaybag fiercely back then. He keeps denying it now

If someone approaches him to sell signals, he doesn't have to say no at all.
However, I agree he shouldn't make claims of 85% win rate as such claims are not allowed in the industry, unless it is documented and come with the standard past results are no guarantee of future results statement.

However, I remember when a small number of people piled in on the situation and blew it out of the actual context presented by the guy who's account couldn't be saved.
They were saying Jaybag took the guys money then blew his account, ignoring the fact that the account was already in deep trouble, and Jaybag was just not able to save it.
Now anyone looking to present the facts of what happened, is labelled a scammer also.
