Somewhere in that illiterate drivel it sounds like you've TRIED to say that price will:

a) Maybe go up;

b) Maybe go down;

c) Maybe range

So, a and b could both be interpreted as breakouts, OR like halbots "see it ended on the higher side of the range", therefore it's meaningless.
