no, I don't think market is random at all.
I simply and firmly believe that money flows because of reasons. So if CPI now is not going back down soon, we will not have any particular change in the whole scenario. That's the reason triggering the move down in GBP USD yesterday.
But this is 1 thing.
Another thing is assuming to know where bigger market players come in, why. how much, till when, and so on.
Market is really complex and cannot just be summarized by "mkt makers" since we don't really know what big players do.
That's my point.
We can assume that at a certain level they are buying / selling. But is and will always be just what it is: an assumption!

Also, big players enters the market just for liquidity reasons. It's not just to buy the low and sell the high. Market needs liquidity also along the way. In the past this was done pretty manually, now it's all in electronic microchips and calculation (algos indeed or even AI). Banks and major funds just allocate what they have to allocate, then it's automatically sent into market as liquidity.

So, in summary, I don't certainly know where big players enter the market, and you also don't know because if that was the case, you would not be wasting time in a public forum acting like you know it all, but you would probably be managing the billions $ profits you took from the market in last month.

I can also tell you that most liquidity is below the 1.25 line and that from the 1.24 area we will get back to 1.27 area. But this is again, just an assumption which requires a lot of (fundamental) reasons to develop along the way.

Ending: you don't know how many orders came in buying the GBPUSD yesterday along the way down from 1.2630 till 1.2520. You just see a steep move down. Believe me: big players bought a shitload in that move.

youll realize the longer you're here there are two types of dipshits on forex factory....the ones that just post a chart without comment or explanation for it and the other just post text but no chart to accompany their analysis

seeing that im a contrarian and i like pissing on conventional wisdom and the people that trade that way like I'm doing in a picture in my profile

I think GU price might bounce first no matter what the PPI comes in at so just watch yourselves

my system says price may reach 2600 maybe even up to 2620 today....its not a bullish turn just a much needed bounce caused by shorts closing their trades but I'm sure that wont prevent people from calling this a new bull trend LOL

This does not look good for cable, daily chart. MA's crossing over above and resistance at the 200 sma (purple) and 200 ema (red) above that (gorillas sitting on price squashing it flat, i.e. south)

And there are wicks on GJ daily chart, indicating south. We'll see.
