I’m biased short on cable.

But

would be too easy to see a straight move down.
thats what i hope anyway…. Day closing straight into 1.24 area.

stops @be so I will be just watching and at worst, ending with some profits left on the board.

My h1 view
after the move up from 1.2570 price did not find support in the blue rectangle 1.2640/1.2650 area
failed twice going also back below the day open.

nearest support is today's low and the whole around area 1.2590/1.2615

in case price will move up due to strong reasons (NFP favoring USD weakness), I will be try to find a biy opportunity if the 2640 / 2650 shows as support.
in case price will go down (NFP favoring USD strength), will just watch it falling and waiting to add more shorts along the way.

NFP day is upon us and i am long from 2634


Looks like the move up could be a nice impulse move within H1 upswing, not expecting a huge move up maybe 40 pips then a sharp turn around for shorts

anyway, it's not the same scenario.
I just don't rely too much on candle formations, mostly as long as they are not closed.

today, there are some tricks on the chart.
we see a strong rise from 1.2540/70 and so we believe it will keep going.
we see a rejection from 1.2680/1.27 and so we believe it will keep going.

you better exit yo short in gu ....gbpusd is in for an uptrend the 4hr pullback has ended .....and any news now is to support uptrend drive.
