almost all the pairs are trading at opening prices of the month and week as well. This tells me monthly close will be not much change as opening price.

I think yes, but it's not just intervention that will cause JPY to rally. We still have wars going on and we still have to go through recession. Once the Fed starts cutting rates by a larger quantity (0.75% or 75BPS) like in 2008., then JPY will literally DESTROY other currencies which you can obviously see on the chart what happened.

Yes, USD did WAAAAY better, then for example EUR, however it still went down against JPY.

-BoJ hiked rates and will continue to hike (finally)
-BoJ still controls the long-term rates (which they should abandon soon which is obviously good for JPY)
-Fed is about to start cutting rates
-War is still not over which should be better for JPY, but it's good for USD too
-We still didn't witness a recession when CB will start cutting rates by 50bps, 75bps or even 100bps (1%) (some event will confirm a recession, but who knows what event...)

Short-Term USD Stronger
Long-Term JPY Stronger

The thing is... USD/JPY will almost 100% crash through this 152, because this where all the piles of SL and other orders are sitting. He is right to be long I think, however once 152 goes down, then I don't know... the further up the price continues from 152 the riskier it is and probably not worth it above the certain point.

Hard to catch a falling knife however if it does slow down it could be safe … 126 supporting so far a drop below and 12560-70 a previous support area may be sufficient as the current drop is slowing down. Seems main factor for the drop was UK data which confirmed the UK recession (even though we all knew it a long time ago)

tomorrow is a holiday in the UK for Easter Good Friday as is Monday. So potentially a slow morning before NYO on both days.
