I think a long is in order starting now.
The trade ought to be closed before the news release (1 hour 6 minutes from now).
It's a sentiment kind of play as taught by Henry Liu.

I fall into the manipulation on Wednesday and gave all profit to the market plus 3318$

Things like that happens from time to time.
Strong volume ChoCh disappeared like the wind.

now 4h is sideline with bearish momentum.
daily still a bull as long 1.26 stand.

conclusion, do not trade it ATM

They're not even gonna waste time with creating a pattern... no prisoners this time.

To better understand what they want, we need to look at where the Weekly Candle will close, because lower TF's don't matter much today anymore, it is Weekly close that they are chasing after.
