i owned a house on 5 acres in hawthorn woods a suburb of chicago and hated being a homeowner...all the work involved... i much prefer my condo. easier to just pay a monthly assessment and have other people do all the work

i met the accountant thru my father. my dad was such a tax cheat he used to call himself al capone when he was drinking LOL...you have to imagine a polack that doesnt speak much english but lots of money cause he was a small new and used car dealer and dealt in cash LOL...so imagine him trying to say al capoooneee in a european accent LOL
the guy kept my dad from prison for tax evasion....he just had to pay a fine LOL
