Dollah Index

The US Dollar is doing well as the FOMC event approaches.
The US Dollar had a good start to the week because US interest rates went up and people are less likely to think there will be a cut in rates in June. This made the US Dollar stronger and caused the GU to drop below 1.2700
Here's what's important for Tuesday, March 19:
The US Dollah Index reached new highs above 13000 due to higher US yields and a cautious mood in the market.

The value of the GBP vs USD is dropping, and it's trading at below 1.2700 because the USD is getting stronger.
People who invest money are not sure if the FED will start reducing interest rates in June, like many thought before.
This uncertainty comes from new data showing that prices for goods and services are going up quickly (inflation).
Because of this uncertainty, risky investments aren't as attractive as before.


The desire for safe-haven stuff has gotten much better.
The US Dollar Index, which shows how strong the US dollar overall.
It jumped to 13000 because people think the FED will keep talking tough about the economy after deciding not to change interest rates, which are between 5.25% and 5.50%, on Thursday (or Wednesday) whereever you're from..

Two possible price destinations:
1st Price should close the next FVG which is the 1.26555 area.
2º Price must find support between 1.26278 OTE - 1.25959 79% FIBO.
From here the price will make a bullish move in the medium term, which will take it to a level above the last high 1.28923, the first target being 1.29936.

Gu is only at the mean.. Price will aggressively sell to Tp… it may range after a drop then continue going down. It is all about liquidity and momentum, from 1M and 3M
