Agreed. VERY IMPORTANT. As in all programming, there is both good quality programming and poor quality programming. AI software exhibits qualities of both! Just like people have correct and incorrect answers, the AI has the potential to offer both correct and incorrect answers and provide answers that do not properly consider the context of the question!
I am not prepared to 'surrender' decisions to AI's yet!

I was listening to Piers Kinney last night, he is one of the AI experts in the UK. Pretty cool staff he is offering especially for the customer service side

Perhaps you should reconsider. It seems that AI has severe bias (data/programmer/cultural?) that could compromise its usefulness. Have a look here for yourself.

"Muhammad the Humanoid Robot" was described as "the first Saudi robot in the form of a man," as well as a national project to highlight Saudi Arabia's AI achievements.

Before watching, keep in mind that the company stated that the robot was operating fully autonomously, independently without direct human control. And after reviewing the video, they stated that there were no deviations from EXPECTED BEHAVIOR. So perhaps that action is totally expected in Saudi Arabia??

I have been experimenting with ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot and the AI in the Microsoft Edge Browser.
I just noticed that Bard or Gemini is available in Canada now so I will look at that.
I have been learning about incorrect answers, phrasing questions, repeating questions and establishing context. I have also learned how to bypass the 2000 character input limit and the dangers of bypassing that limit (loss of context).
I also tried to setup a desktop AI but so far I haven't been impressed with the results, probably due more to my inability to properly connect to the right LLM model.
