What do you guys expect from the Interest Rate decision today? I mean, not the outcome which is pretty probably it'll remain at 5.25, but rather the impact on cable. I personally dont see any reason as of why it should burp the chart much.

Depends on the FED statement. If it focuses on inflation worries again like last time then I think it will be bearish for cable

Since when FED "changed his bias" and the market dumped dollar and bought all back on the following day when FED said "hey, you didn't get what I said", I avoid making predictions about this.

Sorry, but I don't get it....

There were plenty of posts whining about the zillion times Cable failed to push through 2.0. Now that it has pushed AND has breached previous top 0015, you guys are looking for short opportunity?

I'm SOOOOO LOONG this baby now that 2.0 is taken out... Besides, it's a damn awesome R:R, assuming 2.0 big figure is now support...

Of course Mr. FED can bring a sea change here, but so far, I'm not going short cable.

my road map indicates the possibility of visiting 2.0050/60 and then ending the day with a fall to 2.0000 again...

still another session in no man's land (sub-100 pip range)

I'm not looking for anything, I just know a breathless bull when I see one. When psycho resistances and tight ranges are broken, especially on EURUSD and GBPUSD, you get a break out/rally. Do you see a rally on your charts?

Right now I'm out GU because the news wasn't bad and I think it's oversold, but not sure what interest rates will bring. Other trades - GJ and USDCAD long just now - are safer for me.

Let's assume that the Fed will keep interest rate unchanged and about inflation they will say; "they will watch it carefully" in this case, what do you expect the price will be?

morning/afternoon/evening! had chores to fulfill earlier. still short from Friday and waiting for the drop - to .9730-50.
