If it was classified as a discussion, the part after the word "unless" would be relevant but since it's just a congratulation & celebration message i doubt the latter part is relevant.

Dave you know i like you and you know how i feel about what happened back in October. I totally understand your anger and resentment. However we cannot cancel a whole culture & religion group from all around the world that's been existed before all of this happened. There are good and bad people from every culture, religion and nation.

It is EXACTLY the "unless" that makes the post a violation of the CoC. The only canceling that I have thus far promoted on ForexFactory is canceling of the posts that violate the CoC.
