Best to never trade NFP during data release time slot. It will often whipsaw in both directions. Better to keep your finger off the trigger until the dust settles. We'll see what equities do with it all shortly, 10 mins. Many traders blowup several accounts before learning the lessons the hard way. Don't beat yourself up. Just learn from it.
