The AI chabots are certainly contributing to the bottom line of many companies by removing a human and the related expenses from live chats. In my experience, few of the chatbots can actually be of assistance and a human has to be summoned. I see this as adding aggravation for the user, not helping him.

For me, every sell should be calculated and for short-term, in favor of buying, because we are over a week in a clear and clean(!) structure on H1,
until there is a break- this buying party will be over soon

Hi, I absolutely concur with this. Some company websites don't even publish a phone number (s) now, or else hide it away on the website somewhere that you really have to search for. Then when you do get thru on the phone you get the auto-message '...we are experiencing an unusually high number of calls - you are number 743 in the queue....' Hopefully that technology will improve but currently, for this use it has taken us backwards, and yeh is very frustrating when dealing with such a chatbot.
