I had 2 long positions set to switch to shorts with limit orders, then a few more short limit orders higher up in case price goes higher than expected, which it did, but then price didn't retrace as expected. Now, I did manage to scalp a few longs and shorts during a few short taxi stops later during the day. Despite the scalps, I still ended up with a small net equity loss for today because...Ignored
Disliked{quote} GBPUSD is made up of 2 currencies. Whilst the U.s economy is way bigger than Uk's the market prices the instrument to reflect it's collective view on the prevailing fundie factors affecting both, and their general global macro view in this very inter-connected world we live in. So it is too simplistic to say that '...USA PPI means more than britains retail sales...' Accordingly, Your continual nationalistic strong $ rhetoric is also way too simplistic/misleading for the nuances of this and other instruments in a complicated financial market....Ignored

Disliked{quote} and the debt arguement is another dead end ...usually spouted by the bearish armageddon crowd who long to lock themselves away in underground bunkers cause their lives suck and they want to escape society LOL i made a post last month i think of how every other country owes the usa money so if you cancell out the debts between parties is a non starting argument....we give away alot of money to countries for useless shit but we also loan them money they have to pay us back LOL {quote} so please stop simplifing things to the textbook level...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Interesting. Thanks! I know Trump wanted to fire Powell already for keeping rates high, so if Trump was to be elected, then he would force Powell to start cutting rates faster which would actually bring the USD down under Trumps term.Ignored
